I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at R&M for the outstanding work and service you have all provided us! What we had hoped would be a simple task of dropping the pump down 20 feet turned into finding out the pump was bad and needing replacement. Aaron, Zack and Ray switched gears and rearranged their day and got to work changing my pump. I was lucky enough that you happen to have one in your shop and we were able to get it a couple of hours later which resulted in me having water again the same day. Aaron was super knowledgeable and indulged my many, many questions throughout the day and took time to explain the process as he went. As we ran into possibilities of something becoming more complicated, he took the time to explain different scenarios and what the impact could mean for both cost and schedule. Your team made it very easy to trust in their work and their word! When Aaron said "I think you need a new pump" I didn't question his analysis at all.

It has been several days now and we have the best water we have had since buying this property in April. Thank you again to everyone at R&M for helping us out. I truly appreciate it. I won't hesitate to recommend R&M to anyone in the future.

Showed up on time. Diagnosed problem. Replaced the relay box with a new one from town. Straight forward repair, checked pump current draw and it was still acceptable. No upsell, no gouge, no hassle--just excellent service.

Very prompt response and got right to it when they arrived. They solved my problem within an hour after I had originally had a different company spend one and half days trying to fix my water situation. I was very impressed with their knowledge and confidence and they were really nice guys as well.

Very responsive. We found a middle spot to meet so he could give me the part I needed, then I went home and fixed my pump and had water again in the house. He appreciated my predicament.

I got a call from Mike from R&M shortly after placing my problem with our well. He a job that he had to go for repair but he could stop by to take a look at our issue with the well. He arrived as promised, looked at the well and and asked if I wanted have fixed right now because he had the parts and it wasn't going to take a lot of time . Mike answered his phone on Labor Day morning and replaced my pump panel, so our well would run and we would have running water. Even with emergency service, his price was very fair. I would give bonus stars if I could.

Mike came out on a Saturday morning to help me with my pump problem. We found the leak in the system and he further wrote me an estimate to replace the pump. That being said, will hire him again should I need it.

I was told he would be here at 9 am. He was 15 minutes early. Mike was a very clean work and very polite. I would diffently ask him back if I need more work.

This company responded immediately to our dilemma of 'no water' from our well. Once the owner evaluated that our pump was broken, he scheduled the very next day and postponed his other jobs. He commented, "No water takes precedent over everything else". Thank you, so very much for your quick repairs! (I do wish he would have followed through and sent me the letter for PG&E regarding "unintended use", though!)

I was pleased with their service, they were prompt and professional. They gave my problem the urgency it required. I also liked that they kept me updated on when they would show up. Would definitely hire them again, but I hope I don't have to.

Mike and his son are incredibly professional and got the job done quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with how low the bill was. They also adjusted their schedule to provide service the next day. I now have great water pressure and I will definitely use R&M again if needed.
